🛍RETURNS:

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original packaging must be included
• Proof of purchase is required

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

 

💳REFUNDS:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
• Processing may take 5-10 business days, depending on your bank

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

🔄EXCHANGES:

We only replace items if they are:

• Defective
• Damaged
• Incorrect item received

If you need an exchange for the same item, contract us within 7 days of delivery.

 

📦RETURN SHIPPING:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

 

❗️NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

The following items cannot be returned:

• Sale items or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Custom or made-to-order pieces
